Aldi Is Selling Adorable 64-Ounce Summer Sippers Shaped Like Pineapples And Giant Mugs Of Beer
Every summer, reusable cup designs get better and better. Case in point: Aldi’s giant summer sipper cups that are shaped like fruit and beer mugs. These cups will make drinking everything from water to your favorite summer cocktail much more thrilling.
Instagrammer @adventuresinaldi shared a few of the cups their husband found while shopping at an Aldi. One cup is shaped like a pineapple–or a "fine-apple," according to the cup’s tag. It looks exactly like a basic pineapple, comes with an orange straw, and fits 64 ounces of whatever drink you want to put in it. Continuing with the fruit theme, there’s also a watermelon that resembles a melon cut in half with a wavy top and a green straw. Perhaps the best one, though, is the sipper shaped like a giant mug of beer. It looks hilariously large and would be the perfect gift for any beer lover. All of the cups are $4.99 each.
Many people commented on the size and shape of the cups. “I saw those then thought ‘where would I store that the other 353 days of the year?’ #smallhouseprobs,” another Aldi-obsessed Instagram account wrote. One person referenced Harry Styles' “Watermelon Sugar” song in the comments, so now I most definitely need to buy the watermelon sipper for that reason alone.
