Aldi is a trusted place to shop for value holiday foods that appeal to kids and adults alike. For Halloween, the grocery store sells $5 pumpkin- and ghost-shaped pizzas that fans called the “cutest.” The store’s hot cocoa melting snowmen chocolates are also something the whole family can enjoy. And Aldi certainly had cash-strapped families in mind when it slashed prices in half for many traditional Thanksgiving food items.

Now that the weather is getting chillier, Aldi has returned a family-favorite holiday treat that will be around for a limited time. Fortunately, it’s a freezer item so you can stock up.

Aldi’s Holiday Ice Cream Pops Are Back

Aldi’s holiday ice cream pops are back in stock for the season. You may think, “Ice cream pops for the colder months?” Yes, ice cream. We don’t stop eating Häagan-Dazs or Ben & Jerry’s right out of the container in the winter, do we? DQ still releases new Blizzard flavors when the temperature dips. So why not kid-friendly ice cream pops?

And now, Aldi has three holiday-themed ice cream treats “popping” up in its freezer section. The Reindeer Ice Cream Pops feature caramel, chocolate, and strawberry-flavored ice cream; the Christmas Tree Ice Cream Pops have vanilla-flavored ice cream and white chocolate-flavored drops in a festive red color; and the adorable Snowman Ice Cream Pops combine both vanilla and strawberry-flavored ice cream. Each box has four pops of the same design.

Instagram’s theamazingaldi announced the pops’ return, and one of the account's followers expressed their excitement, saying, “So glad they’re back!” Blogger Ashley Cabaniss also posted about the pops, noting that they don't contain any artificial flavors.

Their return is so recent that there isn’t much chatter on social media about them yet, but fans have been super excited about these ice cream pops in years past. When Instagram’s aldi.mademedoit posted about them previously, one commenter said, “Snowmen and trees are delicious, my teenagers were excited to have these again, never too cool for ice cream.”

Aldi's Holiday Pops Aren't Just for Kids

One adult was brave enough to tell the truth about the pops—that they’re not just for kids: “Yes, I will be grabbing multiple of all of them lol I love these.” She added, “I mean my kids love these.”

If you buy a few boxes for your kids, you should take a couple of pops out and hide them somewhere in the freezer (maybe under the frozen vegetables?) so they won’t all disappear before you can enjoy Aldi’s holiday treat, too.
