Throughout the year, Al Roker gives Today show fans many glimpses of the sweet family he shares with his wife, Deborah Roberts. As his Instagram followers may know, the NBC weatherman enjoys posting videos and pictures with son Nick and in honor of Father's Day, viewers got more insight of what life in the Roker family is like.

On June 19, Al took to Instagram to share heartwarming photos from the celebratory day. With the help of Deborah, the Today cohost was able to receive the ultimate Father's Day gift: to be surrounded by his kids Courtney, Leila and Nick. Apart from the heartfelt family snaps, the Ruthless Tide author didn't disappoint in the food department as he proudly showed off his plate full of barbecue, mac and cheese, collard greens and corn bread.

"For the first time in 5 years, @debrobertsabc surprised me by making sure @cleilapatra got here for #fathersday," he captioned the post. "First time all 3 of my kids are together for this day. And we celebrated at @mattabdoo new spot @pig_beach_queens."

Without missing a beat, Today show fans rushed over to the Instagram comments section to give the entire Roker family some love.

"Aww. This is awesome. Beautiful family. Awesome pics. 🥰🙌💙📸," one person wrote. "❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ this what a beautiful family and Father’s Day celebration. Happy Father’s Day!" another added. "So happy they all were able to be home to celebrate Al!!💛," a different fan said. Even the Today show's official Instagram account got in on the action with emojis: "😍😍😍😍."

Speaking with Craig Melvin and Jill Martin ahead of the holiday weekend, Al opened up about his plans for the special day. "Part of our Father's Day tradition is to go to Pig Beach [to] our good friend Matt Abdu's restaurant. So, we are going to do that again," he said on the morning program. "It's fantastic, it's unbelievable ... My sister's going to be in town with her kids for Nick's graduation. We're just going to have a great time."

We're so glad Al got a chance to be with his kids and we look forward to another family photo in the future! Maybe we'll get another one before Nick heads off to college? Read what the father of three's thoughts are here:
