Al Roker is celebrating his friend, Martha Stewart.

The 68-year-old Today Show host is celebrating the lifestyle guru, 81, after her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover debuted on the morning talk show yesterday morning.

To commemorate the massive milestone in Stewart's career, Roker took to his Instagram to share that he was cooking up her famous cod cake recipe that she shared on the morning news show last month.

"In honor of Martha Stewart being the most seasoned Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model cover ever, I'm making her cod cake she did on the Today Show a few weeks ago," the host said as he cut up the fish into small cubes.

"One of the things that Martha taught me, besides holding me close," he quipped before taking a mini dance break as Britney Spears and Elton John's song "Hold Me Closer" played in the background.

"Instead of breadcrumbs, saltines. Yeah!" Roker said of the advice Stewart gave him to upgrade the recipe before jumping into another dance break while singing along to the song.

"Congratulations to the most #seasoned @si_swimsuit model @marthastewart and we celebrate with her #codcake #recipe," Roker wrote in the caption.

And while Stewart is hitting some major milestone accomplishments in her life, many fans were quick to also recognize Roker in the comments for being on his feet just a week following his knee replacement surgery, with one fan writing, "Great to see you up cooking a week past your knee replacement!"

"Go Al!! We miss you! So glad to see you’re up and at ‘em," another fan wrote.

"Looking good Al, hope you’re feeling better.❤️," another shared.

Just last week, Roker posted a video of him up and walking on his new knee a few days after surgery, writing, "Up and walking this morning on the #newknee #stepbystep Wearing a negative pressure pump to help facilitate wound healing."

He seems to be having a speedy recovery!
