The old Shrek would have never invited you into his swamp, let alone his precious home. But time, his friendship with Donkey, and true love have apparently changed this once grumpy ogre. Because he’s inviting one lucky guest to take over his swamp this October via Airbnb.

The moss-covered home is found in the Scottish Highlands, under a magical old-growth forest, providing just the right touch of solitude for those looking to escape the crowds like Shrek. Need a description of what it’s like to stay? Airbnb provided a quote from his BFF, Donkey.

“Shrek’s Swamp is lovely. Just beautiful. The perfect place to entertain guests,” Donkey said. “You know what I like about it? Everything. The overgrown landscaping, the modest interiors, the nice boulders, all of it. I can’t wait for guests to experience this muddy slice of paradise for themselves.”

Beyond the landscaping, guests will find an adorably accurate home, including a wooden bed, a small wooden dining table for two sitting next to a roaring fireplace, and a dirt floor, because, it’s an ogre’s house, after all.

Airbnb also noted that during the stay, guests can “relax in the ambiance of ‘earwax candlelight’” and enjoy a stack of freshly made waffles, Donkey’s favorite, in the morning. Just one important thing to note — the toilet, sink, and shower sit a few feet from the home, just like Shrek’s original outhouse.

The home is going for $0 a night for the stay as a nod to “the priceless refuge Shrek’s Swamp has provided fairy-tale creatures of all kinds,” Airbnb said in a statement provided to Travel + Leisure. In the spirit of Shrek, Airbnb will also make a one-time donation to the HopScotch Children’s Charity.

The home will be available for booking on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. BST, for a single, exclusive two-night stay for up to three guests on Oct. 27-29. (Guests are responsible for their own travel to and from Scotland.) See more about the home and try to book the stay at airbnb.com/shrek
