After releasing the Air Jordan 5 Retro “Apple Green” in September 2020, another Air Jordan reminiscent of an elusive “Oregon” style could be hitting stores soon.

Images were shared yesterday on Instagram by @zSneakerheadz of the Air Jordan 6 Retro “Electric Green” yesterday, and according to the sneaker leak social media account, the latest iteration of Michael Jordan’s sixth signature shoe will debut in June.

The look is executed in a predominantly black color scheme including the nubuck-based upper, the breathable mesh tongue and matching shoelaces. The shoe’s standout details are the electric green hits dressing the tongue, lace locks and on the heel’s pull tab. Completing the look is a black and green Air-cushioned midsole and a translucent outsole.

A majority of the draw to this bold “Electric Green” Air Jordan 6 colorway is its resemblance to an exclusive make-up created specifically for the University of Oregon Ducks’ athletes and coaches in 2018 and have not and will not be released to the public. While the player-exclusive “Oregon” make-up and the upcoming “Electric Green” colorway are fairly similar, the first pair boasts Oregon branding like the perforated “O” logo on the side as well as an embroidered Ducks wings logo stamped on the heel.

At the time of publication, a release date for the Air Jordan 6 “Electric Green” has yet to be announced by Jordan Brand but according to @zSneakerheadz, the style is releasing in full-family sizing on June 5.
