Air Jordan 1 High ‘Burgundy Crush’ Is Reportedly Releasing This Holiday Season

The Air Jordan 1 High continues to be one of Jordan Brand’s most popular sneakers, so it should come as no surprise that reports have emerged of a new colorway set to release this holiday season.

Sneaker leak Instagram account @py_rates_ revealed that the iconic debut signature shoe for NBA legend Michael Jordan will launch in the latest “Sail/Burgundy Crush” make-up before year’s end. Given its distant launch date, images of the style have yet to surface, however a mock-up photo was shared by the account giving fans an idea of what to expect.

The style wears the iconic Air Jordan 1 High “Chicago” color blocking but replaces the white hue with a sail shade on the leather upper, which is coupled with burgundy overlays and black accents on the Swoosh branding, ankle collar and shoelaces. Completing the look is a white midsole and a black outsole.

According to @py_rates_ on Instagram, the Air Jordan 1 High “Burgundy Crush” will be released at select Jordan Brand retailers this holiday season for a retail price $170. Although info of the potential colorway was shared on social media, release info has not yet been confirmed by Jordan Brand.

While fans patiently await the release of the Air Jordan 1 High “Burgundy Crush,” fans will be able to buy the latest Air Jordan 9 “University Gold” before the month’s end. The style will be released via the SNKRS app at 10 a.m. ET and at select Jordan Brand retailers on Jan. 30. The shoe will come with a $190 price tag. In addition, it will be available in big kids’ sizing ($140), little kids’ sizing ($80) as well as toddler sizing ($60).
