Will There Be an Ahsoka Season 2?

Ahsoka was a hit among Star Wars fans when it landed on Disney+ in August, gaining an audience score of 70% from 5000+ ratings on Rotten Tomatoes.

With Rosario Dawson in the titular role, the series follows after the fall of the Galactic Empire when former Jedi Ahsoka Tano investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

It was praised by critics for being "fresh, energetic" and was called "the best beginning to a Star Wars series yet". It landed an 86% rating and a certified fresh status and had people wondering, what's next for the series?

Dave Filoni revealed to Entertainment Weekly that they've "set up several threads that can continue", going on to say, "If not, I feel like, well, at least I got Ezra home, and that was really important". He continued by saying, "But there's always a plan. I hope one day we'll see it. It could be very cool, but it took a while to get [Ahsoka] done, so you never know."

Fans felt Ahsoka left doors open for a season two, so who knows? Perhaps there will be another chapter in the story.
