‘AGT’ Fans Tried Calling Out Sofia Vergara for a “Photoshop Fail” on Instagram

Without a doubt, Sofia Vergara is an icon of many sorts, including her judging on America's Got Talent. Luckily, since making her debut in the summer of 2020, the Modern Family actress has returned to the NBC competition show to give her one-of-a-kind commentary. In case you're wondering, she's coming back for AGT season 17 and she's bringing her impeccable fashion taste.

As with every season, we know the audition process is filmed weeks before the premiere and it can be a long process. What does this mean for our favorite AGT judge? Well, we we get multiple chances for Sofia to model beautiful clothing that we'd want to have living in our closets. The Colombian actress did just that, showing off a black Dolce & Gabbana bodysuit to the first round of auditions, complete with fringe and tons of jewels sewn onto the sweetheart corset.

To keep with the sparkly theme, she accented the outfit with dangly diamond earrings, her engagement ring from husband Joe Manganiello and a few other cocktail rings from XIV Karats to make the entire ensemble pop, even while sitting at the judges' panel. As for the makeup, Sofia kept it simple for her standards: black eyeliner, lots of mascara and a perfect red pout.

Absolutely stunning, right? AGT fans think so too — and they're taking to Sofia's Instagram to let her know. "Gorgeous outfit 😍😍😍😍," one person wrote in the comments section. "YES HERE FOR WEEKLY FIT CHECKS," another added. "Flawless Queen 👑," a different fan said.

What's more, some folks seemed to have spotted an illusion created by her attire. As it turns out, several followers thought she had put her pic through an editing software but many realized it was all Sofia. "First, i thought the photo [was] a Photoshop fail 😂😂😂," someone confessed. "Seemed like an optical illusion! The chair, her pants ... beautiful as always," another wrote.

So, did Sofia give us an outfit reveal for the first week of audition? She did ... except it looks like it was the same outfit.

This piece of fashion info is now making us wonder: Does Sofia have any other outfits to wear throughout the first weeks of the season? Throughout the first week of April (a.k.a. when auditions were being held for AGT in Los Angeles), she was photographed wearing various ensembles — and like the woman she is, they all would've looked fabulous on camera!

So what's the deal? Is Sofia wearing the same outfit because the auditions are filmed in one day or is she donning the ensemble over the course of a few days? Lucky for us, she actually gave the answer a week later, all while sharing, yes, another look at her sparkly bodice. "We are we [are] back judging! 🎉🍾 day 4," she wrote on Instagram on April 7 — just a week after debuting the Dolce & Gabbana look. "Yes 😩 same outfit."

So there's our answer ... at least for week one. I guess we'll have to tune into season 17 of America's Got Talent to see if she has another fashion trick up her sleeve for the auditions!
