If you haven’t heard of quiet luxury, you’re about to. Not just from me even. Searches for the fashion category have exploded over the last year. Essentially, quiet luxury is high-end fashion without the big logos, flashy prints or overly trendy fits. Think high-quality basics and monochromatic looks — or anything Sophia Richie Grainge might have worn on her honeymoon this year.

Some favorite brands for the category include The Row, Toteme, Loro Piana, Khaite and Max Mara. The thing is, these brands really are luxe and have the price tags to match the status. That’s why all the fashion girls on TikTok who really exemplify the look are shopping for more affordable dupes at Massimo Dutti.
The name, Massimo Dutti, sounds like an expensive Italian designer. In reality, it’s a Spanish fashion brand owned by the same company as Zara. However, unlike Zara, Massimo Dutti’s quality is a little more elevated, and you’ll find mostly neutral colors on its website. Think: Trench coats, lady jackets, trousers, leather baguette bags, gorgeous knits — you get the point.
One TikToker called it the “Zara for rich girlies.” Another creator, @iamkriote, shared some of her favorite dupes or pieces similar to high-end brands she found at Massimo Dutti.
Don’t get it wrong, though. Massimo Dutti isn’t cheap. Another TikToker shared a video about the stitching and the quality of the pieces. That’s probably why it is a bit more expensive than Zara, but compared to, say, The Row, it’s affordable. For example, you can get this textured knit polo tank for $69.90 or this gorgeous white linen halter dress that screams “I’m on vacay in the French Riviera” for $199. So, while you may not have the budget to shop for all of your clothes at Massimo Dutti, you can get a few great staples that you’ll surely wear again and again (and again) — and that’s kind of the point.
