Ready, set, go! Canterbury Park Shakopee in Minnesota recently hosted a corgi race and it was just too funny! @ESPN posted the video on Thursday, September 21st of the race, and you've got to see it to believe it.

These dogs didn't come to play, they came to win...especially the one wearing purple. ESPN says across the video, "Purple wanted all the smoke", and they weren't wrong! Purple (AKA Brad) is bound and determined to take home the gold and isn't afraid to take out other corgis along the way. The announcer sees it happen and says that Brad "absolutely annihilated" one of the other racers. He definitely wasn't wrong about that!

The race only lasted 10 seconds, and sadly, a winner wasn't announced...but it doesn't look like Brad the annihilator was the one that won.

Commenters got a kick out of @ESPN's funny video, made even funnier by the famous announcer. Several commenters wondered if the announcer was the voice of the Minnesota Vikings, sports commentator Paul Allen. @Abby got more than 13 thousand likes for her comment, "Is Paul Allen announcing a corgi race right now?!" and @batz11 added, "Love Paul Allen, go Vikes (in purple too) LOL!"

Brad in purple definitely had some fans. @Indian Scammer said, "Bro gots that dawg in him." @sclasswiz added, "Brad had mad beef with gray, he didn't even care about the race".

Then, much to everybody's surprise (me included), @nonamex.x laughed, "His name's Bread!!!" and @Justine backed it up with, "No, it’s Bread LOL! It’s a corgi, they’re loaves". Well, that makes sense! I didn't know that corgi racing had so many fans, but apparently it does!
