The scouts over at The Ellen DeGeneres Show clearly have a knack for spotting talent - after all, they had to look high ~and low~ for the pint-size gymnast and budding Instagram star who recently appeared on the show. Three-year-old Emma Rester recently wowed viewers with an impressive gymnastics routine.
