In honor of the release of The Rise of Skywalker (Dec. 20), Adidas collaborated with Lucasfilm to give Star Wars fans the ultimate holiday gift: Comfortable sneakers inspired by a galaxy far, far away.
The “Space Battle” collection combines three of Adidas’ best-selling running shoes with inspiration from the starships of the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire. The brand took design cues from the likes of X-Wing Starfighter, the Millennium Falcon and Death Star to upgrade the popular Ultraboost 19, Ultra boost S&L and Alphaedge 4D styles, and fans will not be disappointed.
All of the comfortable kicks come in bold colorways that celebrate popular Star Wars elements, and best of all, each shoe is emblazed with a popular phrase, including “The Force will be with you, always” and “The power of the Dark Side.” These may not make you the fastest force in the galaxy, but it’s the perfect holiday gift for the Star Wars fan in your life.
