Fifty years ago, Adidas introduced the Adilette Slides. Sandals, shower shoes, slippers, after-sports slides — anything you want them to be. They've since amassed a cult following and a legion of fans who collect every available color.

The best thing about the Adilette Slides are the price. After all these years, Three Stripes have made them still ridiculously affordable and if you're lucky, you can find extra discounts at select retailers. At Amazon, we saw them marked down from $25 to just $18 in select colors. And in select men's sizes, we spotted these slides for as low as $15, down from $25.

The Adilette Slides come in lots of patterns and colors, which is part of their appeal for "collectors." But comfort is their first claim to fame. The contoured footbed and Cloudfoam cushioning are heaven. And the bandage strap helps to cradles your foot, for a secure fit. Quick drying fabric means even when you're sweaty, the slides won't be.

An enthusiastic reviewer who owns a women's pair said: "Absolutely love these slides. They are comfortable and I like that they are not padded so that in case they get wet, they don’t absorb the water."

"These slip-on sliders are the best and most comfortable sandals/thongs/sliders I've ever bought," added another. "My pair is durable and so comfortable.
