How Adele Impressively Shed 100 Lbs In Just 2 Years

On X (formerly Twitter), apart from her powerful and chart-topping music, many fans continue to commend Adele's eternal beauty, chic style and transformation. In a recent thread, some fans began chatting about her workout routine. Back in 2020, the  "Someone Like You" singer shared photographs that revealed her svelte physique. Her methods were questioned by many, prompting her to divulge her rigorous exercise regimen.

In an interview with British Vogue the following year, Adele told the outlet: "So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night." She explained that her main focus was on improving her mental health through regular exercise, which coincidentally resulted in weight loss, but that was not her primary objective.

"It was because of my anxiety. Working out, I would just feel better. It was never about losing weight, it was always about becoming strong and giving myself as much time every day without my phone. I got quite addicted to it. I work out two or three times a day," she revealed. Adele also stressed that she had the help of trainers and acknowledged that this may not be "doable for a lot of people."

The "Rolling in the Deep" artist debunked rumors that she had tried "intermittent fasting" or the "Sirtfood diet." She added: "People have been talking about my body for 12 years. They used to talk about it before I lost weight. But yeah, whatever, I don’t care." Adele continued, sharing more about her healthy mindset: "You don’t need to be overweight to be body positive, you can be any shape or size."

Since then, Adele continues to wow fans with her soaring vocals, stage presence, and curve-hugging outfits as she performs shows for her current Las Vegas residency. Her radiant glow never goes unnoticed by fans, and many are still in awe of her impressive weight loss transformation over the years!
