Addison Rae Goes High Fashion in a Futuristic, Hooded Mini Dress for the CFDA Awards
There must be something in the Los Angeles water because Addison Rae has been on a major hot streak with her outfits this past week. Sure, she's always been a Y2K cutie when it comes to her pilates 'fits, and she did wear that slayful lace catsuit for her cover shoot moment. But recently the He's All That actress has been serving some high-fashion looks that have us thinking that the TikToker is on her way to true style stardom.
For starters, Addison attended the star-studded 2022 LACMA Gala for Art + Film in a vintage, plunge-front sequin gown that we've been dreaming about ever since she hit the red carpet. And most recently, Addison attended the 2022 CFDA Awards in NYC (along with Gigi Hadid, Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and practically the entire fashion industry) wearing a mini dress that truly brought the drama.
Addison (and her stylist Ryan Hastings) understood the assignment — she wore a sleeveless mini dress from the LILY et Cie vintage archives in a muted concrete grey, complete with a long black train attached to her dress at the waist. Addison posed with her hood loosely draped around her face, and wore a pair of simple, black pointed-toe heels to match her ballgown-style train. Futuristic high-fashion princess, indeed!
