With 2020 dominated by the coronavirus pandemic and a national reckoning on systemic racial injustice, everyone has had to deal with increased levels of stress, anxiety and isolation. In times like these, leaning into a community can offer much-needed support.

Watch this exclusive “Healthy Conversation: Here for Community” panel from the 2020 ADCOLOR Conference from HealHaus, a Brooklyn-based wellness center and cafe, and Verizon Media (the parent company of Yahoo) to learn tips and tools on how to cope with and mitigate the impact of stress on the body, mind and soul. HealHaus co-founder Elisa Shankle moderates the panel, which also features HealHaus therapist Naiylahn Warren, who specializes in addiction, mental health diagnosis and relationship issues; Omar Davis, co-founder of the meditation and wellness site CrashBell; and Rathi Murthy, Verizon Media’s chief technology officer. The session concludes with a 15-minute grounding meditation.

Yahoo Life and Verizon Media are sponsors of ADCOLOR.
