Adaptogen Chocolate Bark

PsstAdaptogens are trending. And this easy adaptogen chocolate bark recipe from Coterie member Carlene Thomas is a great way to start cooking with them. Just melt chocolate and sprinkle on some bee pollen (which is purported to improve your immune system)  and this gorgeous dessert is ready in less than 30 minutes.

Adaptogen Chocolate Bark

Servings: Adaptogen Chocolate Bark

Time:

Ingredients:

1⅓ cups bittersweet chocolate chips

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 

1 tablespoon bee pollen

½ tablespoon edible rose crystals

Pinch of French grey sea salt

Yogurt-covered pretzels, for garnishing

Edible flowers, for garnishing

Directions:

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Add the bittersweet chocolate chips and semisweet chocolate chips to a heat-safe bowl and microwave, stopping and stirring occasionally, until melted.

2. Pour chocolate onto parchment paper and smooth into an even layer with an offset spatula or spoon.

3. Top with the yogurt-covered pretzels and edible flowers.

4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until fully solidified. Break into pieces and enjoy immediately.
