Adam Sandler Stars Alongside his Real-life Family in You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah

It's a family affair in the official trailer for You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah, an adaptation of Fiona Rosenbloom's book of the same name.
Starring Adam Sandler and his real-life wife, Jackie Sandler, and two daughters, Sadie and Sunny Sandler, the film follows best friends Stacy and Lydia, who have always dreamed about having epic bat mitzvahs. But things start to go comically awry when a popular boy and middle school drama threatens their friendship and their rite of passage.
Starring alongside the Sandlers are Idina Menzel, Luis Guzmán, Sarah Sherman, Samantha Lorraine and Dylan Hoffman.
Written by Alison Peck, whose previous credits include Work It and Uglydolls, You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah will be directed by Sammi Cohen, whose first feature film, Crush, debuted on Hulu last year.
