The whole Sandler Family is getting together for Adam Sandler's forthcoming Netflix film. For his new film entitled You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah, it's only right that Sandler taps his most long-term collaborators, daughters Sadie and Sunny and wife Jackie Sandler, for the project.

Adam plays the father of the family, Danny Friedman, and his real-life twins Sunny and Sadie star as his children Stacy Friedman and Ronnie Friedman, respectively. Sandler also recruits a roster of colleagues to the film as well, including seasoned collaborators Idina Menzel (as the Friedman family's mother) and Luis Guzmán, as well as Saturday Night Live's Sarah Sherman, who also opened for Sandler on a recent comedy tour.

The coming-of-age comedy is based on a book by Fiona Rosenbloom of the same name. Its official description on Netflix reads: "BFFs Stacy and Lydia are both planning epic bat mitzvahs. But it all unravels when a popular boy — and middle school drama — threaten to ruin everything."

You Are So Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah is the latest iteration of Sandler's current $250 million USD Netflix deal. The film is slated to join Sandler's slew of Netflix movies (Hustle, Murder Mystery 2 and Hubie Halloween) on the platform later this month on August 25.
