Adam Sandler; Taylor Swift

It doesn't matter how long some stars have been in the business, even celebrities sometimes get starstruck.

Hollywood actor Adam Sandler knows this feeling all too well, as he recently revealed that there is one star in particular that makes him lose his cool—and it's none other than Taylor Swift.

And we can't really blame the Spaceman star for that one, as Swift has undoubtedly become one of the biggest celebrities on the planet as of late (and her whirlwind romance with 2024 Super Bowl winner Travis Kelce certainly hasn't hurt her fame either.)

According to Sandler, 57, he just can't shake off the nerves when he's around Swift, and it mostly has to do with how much his two daughters, Sadie, 17, and Sunny, 15, love the "Cruel Summer" songstress.

"Because [of] what she means to my kids, I get a little jumpy [around Swift]," Sandler admitted to Conan O'Brien during this week's episode of SiriusXM's Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend podcast, adding, "Just cause I don't wanna blow it for my kids."

The Hustle star, who shares both his teenage daughters with wife Jackie Sandler, recently got to attend the premiere of Swift's Eras Tour film with his kids at The Grove AMC in Los Angeles, where both he and his daughters were seen hugging and taking photos with the 14-time Grammy winner.

"So I'm a little like, 'Taylor, Taylor,' like I talk a little too loud or something," Sandler confessed of his interactions with Swift, admitting, "I don't stay as cool as I can."

"You yell her name outside her house. Taylor!" O'Brien jokingly added before agreeing with Sandler, saying, "Yeah, I can see that. She's this whole other level now."

As we know, Swift has taken the world by storm over the past year, starting with the history-making Eras Tour that kicked off last spring and a slew of new music releases, including the re-recorded "Taylor's Versions" of her albums Speak Now and 1989.

Combine that with the release of her concert film, her record-breaking Album of the Year victory, her public relationship with Kelce and being crowned TIME's Person of the Year for 2023, it's safe to say anyone—even Sandler—would be enchanted to meet the mega-star!
