While Adam Driver is known as so many people’s perpetual Man Crush Money (remember those?), he’s known at home simply as Dad. Many forget he’s a father of two, especially since he and his wife Joanne Tucker keep their family life as private as can be from the public eye. But in 2024, Driver has decided to open up a bit about home life, specifically how his elder son is oh so, sweetly protective of his eight-month-old sister.
On the Jan 1 episode of the SmartLess podcast featuring stars Jason Bateman, Sean Hayes, and Will Arnett, Driver talked about how he loves being a father or two, and how his son loves being an older brother.

Driver said his son is “very protective” over his eight-month-old sister, adding, “I feel like we gave him six years of attention and he’s totally fine.” We love protective older siblings, and really, any protective siblings who love each other. It’s always such a sweet thing to see.
He also added he’s “more aware” being a dad of two, saying, “I was working consistently, basically all through my 30s. Now that I have two kids, I’ve been trying to switch how I’ve been working. Now I can’t be gone that long, and I don’t want to be gone that long anymore.”
After Driver and Tucker met back in college in 2006, and later married in 2013.
They’re all about keeping their kids’ privacy, so they’ve never divulged their kids’ names and even kept details of their births a secret for years. But we do know that they have a son, who was potentially born in 2017, and a daughter, who was born in April 2023.
