Acts of Gratitude: Start a Gratitude Journal

Southern Living has teamed up with Tiny Prints to celebrate gratitude, which is defined as the quality of being thankful. In all the busyness, we may sometimes forget to say thank you and show gratitude when we should. We challenge you to reflect on what you are thankful for in your life, and share a small act to pass along gratitude to others in your life.

For the past seven weeks, we have challenged you to share an act of gratitude each week with people in your life. To round out the final week, we challenge you to start a gratitude journal. This can be something you keep track of individually or as a family, daily or weekly. It is a perfect excuse to buy a cute new notebook and set aside some personal time to journal. It is easy to lose sight off all the things we have to be grateful for, but there are so many reasons to be thankful each day. It will be a great reminder and you will love looking back on the memories over time.
