Actress Liza Koshy Gets Up At Noon And Stays Awake As Late as Possible

From Women's Health

Plenty of actresses love to talk up the powers of being a morning person. You can get so much done before the sun rises! It’s a great time to do yoga! Yeah, that’s not Liza Koshy.

The actress and YouTube comedian tells Women's Health in her "Morning, Noon, & Night" video that she likes to “sleep all day” and be productive at night. Liza says she feels like her “peak creativity is at 2 a.m. …that’s when I create my entire life.”

As for her routine, Liza jokes that she’s in an “open relationship” with it. “I crave it, I want it, I strive for it, but I just can’t get myself to stay committed to it,” she says.

I don’t want to give it all away, but Liza basically squeezes everything you’d want into a day—just on a much later schedule. First, she wakes up at 5 a.m. “I go to the bathroom and pee, and I go back to sleep for seven more hours,” she says. Liza ~actually~ gets out of bed around noon.

From there, she starts her morning with coffee in bed, drinks lots and lots of water, and slips into her “power leggings.” Then, it’s on to a second cup of coffee and a yummy-looking breakfast of what she calls “caca cookies.”

Afterward, she moves on to her workout, which she does via the Don’t Sweat It Alone app. Oh! And she likes to model her Fabletics collection in the process.

By the time 8:30 p.m. rolls around, Liza jokes that it’s “time for me to stay up for another eight hours,” adding that she goes to sleep promptly at 4:35 a.m.”

Liza also likes to mask up with her One on One mask kit, which lets her pick and choose different formulations for particular areas of her face. BTW: Liza says she likes to meditate while she’s masking.

At bedtime, Liza likes to read—she’s currently into the book, https://www.amazon.com/Badass-... by Jen Sincero.

No matter what your own daily routine looks like, you can find a little inspiration from Liza’s—especially if you’re not into that whole early-riser thing.
