Action Bronson Showed Off His 90-Pound Weight Loss in a New Workout Video

From Men's Health

Since he first opened up about his weight loss progress back in May, rapper Action Bronson has been staying consistent with his workouts, regularly updating his fans with videos from his intense training sessions in the gym that have featured everything from jammer presses, battle ropes, and pushups to tire flips and lateral raises.

In his latest Instagram post, the host of Viceland’s Fuck That’s Delicious revealed that he’s now closing in on 100 pounds lost—up from 50 only a few weeks ago, when Bronson declared his right to pursue a “hot bod.” “90 POUNDS DOWN. STRENGTH DEVELOPING NICELY. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO MAKE ANY CHANGES YOU WANT IN YOUR LIFE. TAKE CONTROL,” Bronson captioned the video in his signature, screaming all-caps style.

In the accompanying video clip, Bronson is back to his trusty dumbbells once again, putting in the work with a series of lateral raises, 80-pound dumbbell presses, more pushups, and tire flips, all while being urged on by his trainer Dave Paladino. He concludes the clip by rolling up his sleeve and giving a flex for the camera. As usual, several other celebrities and influencers were quick to voice their support for Bronson in the comments, including the UFC’s Frankie Edgar and comedian George Lopez.

But perhaps nobody put it better than the WWE’s Samoa Joe, who added, “We will now pause and observe this voracious jungle predator in his natural habitat honing his skills for the kill.”
