Casseroles, how we love thee. In case you haven't read our Ode to Casseroles yet, here's a quick summary: They're basically the ultimate comfort food! Ever!

These easy dinners, delicious desserts, scrumptious sides, and tasty breakfasts keep us going when things get rough. Why? Well, you can make some ahead of time to save stress before a big event. Others, you can freeze for leftovers later. Almost all will provide a ton of servings, which is ideal for meal prepping or for bringing to a potluck or party. Basically, casseroles are the superheroes of our busy lives.
