Aaron Rodgers and Danica Patrick Scoop up $28 Million Malibu Home With Ocean Views
Christmas apparently came early for sports power couple Aaron Rodgers and Danica Patrick, who just bought the Malibu compound formerly owned by British pop star Robbie Williams and actress Ayda Field in a $28.5 million all-cash deal, according to a new report.

Rodgers, starting quarterback of the Green Bay Packers, and Patrick, the most successful female race car driver of all time, first confirmed their relationship in January 2018. During an appearance on "The Jenny McCarthy Show" in November, Patrick joked that an engagement could be on the horizon, saying: "I'll probably get proposed to tomorrow now."
Though the off-market sale also reportedly took place in November, the pair leased the property prior to the transaction. Patrick has already taped her weekly “Pretty Intense” podcast on the property, according to Variety. However, deeds and documents reviewed by the outlet suggest that Rodgers could be its sole owner.
Rodgers and Patrick are not the first famous residents of the 4,636-square foot Mediterranean-style compound with ocean views, which was built back in 1981. The property is “reminiscent of a modern Italian palazzo” and includes a three-story main home with four bedrooms and a detached guesthouse, Variety reported.
According to the report, Janet Jackson once leased the property, and she conducted her first televised interview after the death of her brother Michael Jackson inside its storied walls. Netflix COO Ted Sarandos and his wife also owned the property before it was purchased by Williams in 2018 for $20.25 million.
