In 2018, Arrington made it into the Guinness World Records as the world's oldest bodybuilder. In a video announcing the news, he gave a preview of his workout routine. "It's a great feeling to be in the gym and get your muscles blood flowing through them and kind of pumped up and you look better," he said.

His trainer Charles Glass added, "He's probably the most consistent competitive bodybuilder we have. He never misses it. He loves the game like we all do and he shows it."

In the video, Arrington received praise from renowned bodybuilder Jerome Ferguson, who admitted, "I wanna grow up to be like him—ageless."

Throughout his bodybuilding career, the nonagenarian has won several competitions, including placing first in the 2013 and 2014 Masters National Championships. From the looks of it, he has no plans of retiring anytime soon.
