Yep, it's official: this is the best birthday celebration we've ever seen! Everyone in the video is smiling from ear to ear, and now we are too.

"This is one of the most beautiful TikToks I've seen," shared commenter @emilymay272. "Happy Birthday Shirley!" With all those puppies around, it must've been a very happy birthday indeed. Just imagine all the snuggles!

We agree wholeheartedly with @deeroses42, who wrote, "we need more Shirleys in this world." She seems like the sweetest lady! Anyone who'd choose to spend their big day with adoptable pups gets a seal of approval from us.

We have a feeling that Shirley wasn't the only one feeling special that day. @Chadhornick1 said, "Those pups needed that too. You should have a day once a week to let people come give those dogs some love." What a great idea! We should've guessed that the shelters are already one step ahead.

@Sweetbuffalototherescue replied, "@Buddy’s Second Chance Rescue welcomes everyone to come give the dogs love." We'd call that an invitation, wouldn't you?
