90 Day Fiancé star Anfisa Nava has a lot to celebrate. The reality TV star just achieved a major goal: her very first bikini competition, and she WON. In addition to her new crown, she's also sporting some very impressive abs, toned legs, and ripped arms as a result of all her bodybuilding training.

Unfortunately, the internet trolls are not only alive and well, but recently popped up to criticize Anfisa's muscles. (Not a smart move when the other person can probably bench press your body weight.) She clapped right back with a photo posted to her Instagram, complete with a caption overflowing with body positivity.

"They say 'Muscles make you look manly'... I personally have never felt more feminine and happy than I do now," she wrote. "It's all about how you feel on the inside and not what you look like on the outside. All shapes and sizes can be beautiful as long as you live in harmony with yourself."

Anfisa followed rigorous workouts and tightened her diet to prepare for her first NPC bikini division. "You can find me either at the gym, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes,"she shared in her Vlog. She also previously said she lost 26 pounds.

After her recent body positive post, many of Anfisa's fans came through with the encouragement. One shared, "continue to killl it girl! You are killing the game, love to see positivity in a world so critical and negative."

Another added, "Yesssss girl!! Such a role model! Thank you for speaking out in such a manner, keep doing you and keep inspiring us. Thank youuu ❤️❤️"

Kudos to Anfisa for slaying that self-love message, and congrats on her big win.
