9. AWOL (2016)
I love a good indie coming-of-age story, and I love it even more when it turns out to be a lesbian romance. In Deb Shoval's directorial debut, an aimless young woman (played by Lola Kirke) is struggling to find her path in life. Everything she thought she knew is turned upside down, however, when she meets the Rayna (Breeda Wool) and the two become romantically entangled. It's a story about figuring out who you are and what you want while also making out with a cute girl.
10. Deep Water (2022)
Deep Water made waves (see what I did there) before it was even released due to the real-life romance of Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas that developed while shooting the film but had dissipated by the time it was released. The film is a sexy thriller in which de Armas sleeps with plenty of people (including a bearded Jacob Elordi), while Affleck, her husband, is left to pick up the pieces. The film is laughably bad in parts, but you can't deny the fact that it's pretty darn sexy.
