Christopher Russell stars alongside Autumn Reeser, who plays Elyse, a young businesswoman who inherits her father's multi-billion dollar candy corporation, and when a trademark infringement forces her to seek legal action, she meets Rob (Russell), a young and kind lawyer at the mercy of his boss and boss' two sons. Elyse invites the firm to a Halloween ball, and it's there where she dances with a masked Rob in a prince costume. Elyse wishes to locate the mysterious man, and Rob must make a tough choice.

Gavin (Russell) and his daughter move back to town after the passing of his wife. It's there where he meets music teacher Hannah (Jessica Lowndes), and the two bond over the upcoming kite festival. However, an ex-girlfriend of Gavin's complicates things.

Jen Lilley plays a struggling marketing executive who returns home to help her best friend with her wedding plans, which has been bumped to be a short two weeks away. However, she's forced to work alongside Dylan (Russell), her best friend's cousin, whom she used to date.

Hailey (Jen Lilley), who throws puppy parties, meets a man named Ryan (Russell), and the two take a liking to one another. However, despite their attraction, there's a slight wedge between them as he is developing a mall where Hailey wishes to build a dog park. Regardless, their attraction continues and they proceed to grow closer. When Ryan begins growing distant, Hailey fears he isn't ready for love.

Hiking with her rugged guide Mark (Russell) to photograph these spectacular falls (and prove their existence), she finds herself falling for him. However, Amy ends up torn between her work and protecting one of Mark's secret spots.

Ryan (Russell) is a science teacher who is colorblind. One of his students is the daughter of an optometrist named Michelle (Katrina Bowden). Michelle discovers that Ryan is colorblind, and thanks to scientific and technological advancements, provides him with the opportunity to see the Christmas season in color for the first time.

Leah (Cindy Busby) is a weather reporter who is sick of her inability to be taken seriously as a meteorologist. Additionally, she's grown tired of her unsuccessful dating life. Vowing to stay single and focus on her career for a year, as soon as she makes this vow, it starts pouring rain and she's faced with an assortment of romantic suitors. In the meantime, she befriends her dairy farmer neighbor Mark (Russell), who teaches her more about predicting the weather and the two form a friendship.
