If you have trees on your property, spring is the time to tend to them. According to Zillow, if you see a lot of dead branches or a lack of sprouted spring leaves, call a certified arborist who can look for illness and catch a problem before it kills the tree.

Clean Your Gutters

Keeping your gutters free of leaves, twigs, and other debris is essential. Gutters control the flow of rainwater and snowmelt on your house, which protects your roof, walls, and foundation from damage. If the water can't flow properly, it can get into your house and cause leaks and promote mold growth.

Refresh Your Exterior's Paint
