While this isn’t the all-time lowest price we’ve seen for the Nebula Capsule II, we haven’t seen a better deal on this model in the last two years, and even then the lower price was for the normal, not Star Wars themed version.

If the force is strong within you, the special features included in this projector may be enough to make it a “must-buy” item. In addition to the R2-D2 visual flair, the device also features unique boot-up sound effects that harken back to the distress message R2 carries for Princess Leia in Episode IV: A New Hope.

This projector can display images up to 100-inches diagonal, and while it only offers 720p resolution, none of the reviewers on Amazon took issue with its image quality. While this might be a sticking point for cinephiles, more casual viewers tend to overlook lower resolutions when the overall image is huge. The Nebula Capsule II also features a built-in speaker, over 5,000 supported apps, Chromecast integration and an advertised 2.5 hours of battery life on a single charge.

Anyone looking to add a splash of fun to their next socially-distanced movie night should seriously consider this projector. Plus, based on historical trends, R2-D2-themed tech tends to hold its value for a long time, so this piece will likely become a collector’s item as soon as it goes off-market.
