A weekend picnic is one of summer's greatest gifts that keeps on giving into fall. Between coordinating the food, invites, utensils, and the cooler, you'll want a picnic drink that is easy to make and requires little prep. We present to you: pre-batched cocktails.

Some folks have their opinions about batching cocktails, but for outdoor gatherings off-site, who can argue? They're quick, easy, and can be made in advance. If you're going to spend time on anything, let it be the blueberry pie, potato salad, or picking out the ideal picnic blanket.

Here are our favorite portable picnic drinks, as refreshing as they are easy to transport.
