Where can I listen to What Would Dolly Do? Radio?

According to Today, the limited radio series will air on Apple Music’s global live-streaming radio station Apple Music 1. There will be four episodes, co-hosted by Kelleigh Bannen.

What is What Would Dolly Do? Radio about?

In the trailer preview obtained by Today, Parton says the series will include “songs, stories, and even a few surprises.”

Each episode delves into a specific topic. The first episode will cover the “Jolene” singer’s rise to fame, her iconic look, and how she became the beloved star she is today. “What would Dolly do if someone told her she should tone down her style?” Bannen asks Parton in the clip. “I’d say, ‘Go to hell, I ain’t doing it,’” she replies. “I try to do what’s true to me. You got to have belief in yourself and you’ve got to have belief in your talent.”

In episode two, Parton and Bannen discuss show business. Episode three highlights the singer’s dedication to philanthropy and her motivations to give back, and episode four pulls back the curtain on Rockstar, a record that features both classic rock covers and originals, out November 17.

“I do hope more than anything that I’ve been an inspiration,” the 77-year-old says in the clip. “That I can be an inspiration, that I can leave something behind that might make some difference and just to say, well, if she did it, I couldn’t do it.”

When does What Would Dolly Do? come out?

Beginning on October 25, What Would Dolly Do? will air weekly on Wednesdays on Apple Music 1 Radio at 8:00 p.m. EST.

We can’t wait to see, well, what Dolly does!
