Susan Lucci is a total Instagram QUEEN, and if you’re looking for proof, her latest snap with Christie Brinkley does the job.

Soap Opera Queen Susan, 75, took a moment to pose alongside her supermodel pal following a Celebrity Autobiography performance in Southampton last weekend.

“Our tradition—Christie and Susan on-the-spot photo after the show!” Susan captioned the picture. In the photo, Susan is as glamorous as ever (of course she is!) in a little black dress, chandelier earrings, and a chunky pearl necklace. Her hair is blown out in her iconic Eric Kane look (All My Children fans will know!).

People really loved the photos of Susan and Christie together, and they filled the comments with lots of praise. “#icons,” wrote one follower. Another added, “Now THAT’s a photo full of beauty‼️❣️‼️🤩.”

Impossible to miss in the photo are Susan’s arms, which are honestly toned AF. Those arms can attribute that to Susan's regular Pilates schedule, she told Closer Weekly in January. Pilates is a great low-impact workout that can target all muscle groups without putting extra stress on your body.

Susan's mother, who died last summer at the ripe old age of 104, has been her health inspiration for a long time, she told the outlet. “She was a registered nurse who believed in prevention,” Susan said.

Her mom encouraged everyone to do “the best with what you’ve got. Get up off the couch, take it day by day, and do what works for you," Susan said.

For Susan, that means an early morning workout, she told Women’s Health in 2018. "Then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself," she said.

When it comes to fueling her body for that early morning movement and her Pilates workouts, Susan mainly sticks to a Mediterranean-style diet, which includes fresh veggies, fruit, and fish.

Susan has continued to reinforce her health habits after she went through a health scare in 2019. At the time, she told People that doctors found a 90 percent blockage in the main artery leading to her heart. “If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone," she said.

So, she's not just maintaining healthy habits, she's prioritizing them, per Closer Weekly. "Over the past few years, I’ve gotten more in touch with my spiritual side. I think keeping an open heart and open mind has been very helpful to me.

Whatever you’re doing—it’s working, Susan! You’re an icon.
