The $70 Zara Dress That Took the U.K. by Storm Is Finally Available in the U.S.

Every season some must-have item comes around and garners a small slice of the fashion zeitgeist for a couple of months. Of course you’ve noticed the bike shorts and Hawaiian print dad shirts that have been flooding your Instagram over the last several months, but did you know there’s one piece of affordable clothing that’s completely captivated the British fashion landscape?

“The Dress,” as it’s colloquially referred to, is a black-and-white polka-dot Zara frock with long sleeves and a ruffled hem. Sounds cute, but hardly worthy of a cult following, right? Well, this dress is so popular in the U.K. that it even has its own Instagram account called @Hot4thespot. The account has nearly 5,000 followers, is described as “a safe space for *the dress*,” and includes photos of the various ways women (and men) have made it their own.

Until now, the dress was only available across the pond. American fashionistas yearning for their own spotted frock were forced to just scroll through the very specific ’Gram. We’re happy to report that the ultra-popular item is finally available in the U.S.

The flowy viscose number can be found online and in Zara stores for $70. Although it currently only comes in sizes XS to L, the Zara site says extended sizes are forthcoming. The sleeves hit right below the elbow, which make it a great seasonally transitional piece. It also has a little back cutout, so you can get a little ventilation during these hot summer months.

Time will tell if “The Dress” captivates Americans as much as Brits. In the meantime, we’ll be ordering this pretty little thing before it sells out.

TunEphsh: The report notes that the FBI didn’t bother to confirm any of Mr. Steele’s explosive claims before presenting them to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court in October 2016 as a reason to surveil Mr. Page. The bureau also assured the court that Mr. Steele was a “reliable” source, whose prior reporting had been “corroborated and used in criminal proceedings.” In other words, Comey, as usual, is not being honest about what happened.
