Leighton's birth marks the first grandchild for Liz's parents, Trent and Amber Johnston, who are featured on the TLC show alongside their five kids—all of whom are little people. (It is unclear if Liz and Brice's baby girl is also a little person, as they have not yet addressed the topic.)

The ecstatic grandparents officially welcomed their newborn granddaughter on their shared Instagram grid. In the process, Trent and Amber revealed the grandparent names they have chosen to use.

"We are so PROUD to announce our grand baby is here!!!! #officiallylolliandboppa," they captioned a carousel of photos featuring the newest member of the Johnston family.
