'7 Little Johnstons' Liz Shares 'Sweetest' Milestone Photos of Baby Daughter Leighton

7 Little Johnstons star Liz Johnston welcomed her first child in late 2023—and recently, the TLC star shared sweet milestone photos of her baby daughter, Leighton.

On Saturday, Feb. 3, the new mom took to Instagram with a carousel of pictures of Leighton. "Sweetest girl🎀 3months #mommasgirl," she captioned the update.

In the images, Liz's baby girl wore a pink dress with a white ruffled collar and a matching headband. One of her BFFs, Carol Beasley, wrote in the comments section, "Baby girl!!🎀"

A quick peak at Liz's mom Amber Johnston's Instagram grid reveals an even sweeter detail about the photos. "Same dress 🎀 different Baby," the Johnston matriarch captioned a side-by-side shot of Leighton wearing the dress and (presumably) Liz rocking the same dress as a baby.

In the comments, Instagram followers couldn't get over how cute both baby photos were—and how much Leighton resembles her mom. One person declared, "Almost looks like the same baby 👶 lol she's beautiful!"

Another Instagram user commented, "Looks like her beautiful Mama! 😘"

Meanwhile, another follower wrote, "LITERALLY COPY AND PASTE! Such a cutie pie & Liz being the best momma to her mini me😌🫶🏾."

Someone else shared, "I saved many of my daughter’s clothes. It was a joyful moment to see her daughter wear them."
