New year, new Aldi Finds. The discount supermarket chain has shared a sneak peek of its January Aldi Finds—exclusive deals on food and drink, lifestyle and seasonal products that are only available for a limited time. They’re typically tied to a theme or season, and unsurprisingly a lot of the food and beverage offerings are healthy and convenient; qualities that are much appreciated after the busy holidays. From gluten-free crackers to frozen protein bowls, here are the seven finds we’re most excited about this January.

Earth Grown Kale or Quinoa Crunch Veggie Burger

Available in two different flavors, these vegan veggie burgers are a great fiber-rich option for quick lunches and dinners. The Quinoa Crunch veggie burgers are touted as being made with a blend of 10 different vegetables and per the product photo on the packaging, seem to have a breaded, crunchy coating. The kale veggie burger also features quinoa and is touted as being made with a blend of 9 different vegetables, though this variety does not have the same breaded coating. The frozen burgers, sold in 4-packs, will be available at Aldi starting January 3 for $3.49.

Whole & Simple Protein Bowls

It’s safe to say that after the holidays, we’re all over cooking and washing tons of dishes. Microwaveable meals can be a cheaper alternative to takeout, and you don’t even have to leave the house! These energy bowls feature a base of whole grains and a half cup of vegetables per serving for a balanced meal that’s ready in a snap. Find these bowls at Aldi for $3.19 starting January 10.

Sundae Shoppe Mini Variety Pack Ice Cream Bars

These bite-sized sweet treats are enrobed in Belgian chocolate and come in three flavors: white chocolate, milk chocolate and milk chocolate almond. At EatingWell, we believe that all foods can be part of a balanced diet, and at around 300 calories per ice cream bar, these frozen treats are on par with our dessert recipes. SeaMazz Whole Cooked Lobster

Enjoy some lobster in the comfort of your home––and without even having to cook it! Use this frozen lobster to make a creamy Lobster Bisque or a classic Lobster Roll. Lobster is a great source of protein and nutrients like vitamin B12, copper, zinc, selenium and iodine, but relatively high in sodium. Counter your sodium intake at other meals by leaning on herbs and spices for flavor instead of adding too much additional salt. The 1-pound lobster will be available at Aldi for $10.99 starting January 31.
