The 7 Best Looks of the 2020 VMAs…and They All Came from Lady Gaga

Last night, Lady Gaga took the stage for a virtual performance at the 2020 MTV Video Music Awards. Although she’s widely known for her unexpected fashion, the 34-year-old singer didn’t hold back on wardrobe changes, wearing seven—we repeat, seven—different looks during the awards show.

From a horned mask to a futuristic ensemble, keep reading for details on all of Lady Gaga’s outfits at the 2020 VMAs (aka the seven best outfits from the awards show).

1. Minimalism

During the performance, Lady Gaga wore a lingerie set by Deadly Fetish Couture.

2. Pop of color

3. Pink Power Ranger

You can’t go wrong with a flashy catsuit. (This particular one was designed by BCalla.)

4. Peacock…but make it rainbow

This multi-colored ensemble was made by Iris van Herpen. Gaga accessorized the look with impossible-to-walk-in boots by Pleasers.

5. Silver lining

After winning Artist of the Year, Lady Gaga stepped out in a sequin bodysuit, which she paired with a dramatic feather coat by Valentino Haute Couture.

6. Six feet, please

The musician wore an elegant green gown by Christopher John Rogers as she accepted the award for Song of the Year for “Rain on Me.” However, the real star of the show was her horned face mask by Lance V Moore.

7. Back to the future

While accepting the MTV Tricon Award, Lady Gaga wore a futuristic ensemble that consisted of a Candice Cuoco jacket, a Manuel Albarran bra and choker, a Maisonmet mask and a Valentino Haute Couture bodysuit.

Leave it to Gaga to go above and beyond for a virtual awards show.
