  • At 65, Sharon Stone’s skincare routine features minimal products.

  • “I’ve always been very, very plain. I wash my face with water, period unless I have makeup on,” she said.

  • Then, she goes in with the star of the show for smooth, glowing skin: Bliss’ That’s Incredi-Peel Glycolic Acid Pads.

Sharon Stone is not interested in the unrealistic beauty standards Hollywood expects her to maintain. So, rather than try to keep up with cosmetic procedures like Botox and fillers, the 65-year-old stands by a very basic skincare routine. “I’ve always felt that the K.I.S.S. (keep it simple, stupid) principle is basically real. I believe in that for everything,” she recently told Byrdie. And one product she loves to use that fits her mantra? Bliss’ That’s Incredi-Peel Glycolic Acid Pads.

The Basic Instinct star said she uses the drugstore pads (from a brand also beloved by Bethenny Frankel) after washing her face, usually with just water, unless she’s wearing makeup. If she does, she removes it and then splashes her face with water before using a pad not just on her face—but on other parts of her body that need exfoliating.

“I clean off my face, the back of my hands, my décolleté, and my knees because I don’t like to have so many wrinkles around my knees,” she explained. Then, she uses a toner “of hyaluronic acid and something else that I mix in with it, slap it on the face a little, slap it on the back of the hands, then I just put on some cream, and go to bed,” she explained.

The individually wrapped peel pads contain spa-strength 10% glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that exfoliates the skin’s surface and helps target dark spots and fine lines over time. Each package contains 15 pads, and the brand recommends using one two to three times per week to avoid irritation.

Along with glycolic acid, the pads contain hydrating glycerin, antioxidants vitamin E and licorice root extract, as well as witch hazel and calming calendula flower extract. Reviewers love that they deliver results without totally stripping and sensitizing the skin.

“I could see a difference after three uses,” one Ulta shopper wrote. “Love!!! Most peels leave you feeling very dry, this one does not,” another added. “My face is glowing and is soft after using this,” someone else raved.

The powerhouse product is a mainstay of Stone’s for a reason. But what’s even more crucial in her routine is teeth brushing. She dubbed disposable toothbrushes as her “must-have” that are always in her bag. “I just obsessively brush my teeth. I find it very calming,” she said.
