Is anyone still shopping these days? With so much time spent indoors in comfy loungewear, you’re probably not buying as much as you used to.

But when it comes to the team here at In The Know? Yeah, we’re definitely still shopping. From home decor and video games to sneakers and skin care, we can’t stop – won’t stop. Check out six items we purchased this month that are definitely “worth it.”

Shop: 3D Printed Polyface Planter, $26.25

“I’ve been trying to punch up my WFH corner for, well, most of the last year. I love squeezing every ounce of efficiency out of a super small space. I converted a tiny corner in my bedroom into a WFH office and recently purchased a slim IKEA Billy bookcase for extra storage. But what I really love about my power corner is this slightly spooky 3D printed face planter that sits on the bookcase behind me in all of my Zoom calls. I purchased it from a super cool Etsy seller named PRINTERROR, who sent a lovely personal note with the purchase. I might’ve also bought this 3D printed hand that holds a wine bottle. Worth it.” – Brittany Nims, Managing Commerce Editor

Shop: Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Vintage In White, Stadium Green, Team Orange And University Gold, $110

“Adding to my Nike Blazer Mid ’77 Vintage collection brings me more joy than it should, so when these stunning Roswell Rayguns-inspired, sequin-accented kicks launched, it was as if the heavens opened up. These two-toned kicks (half University Gold sequin, half Stadium Green) feature suede accents and the old-school Swoosh design. My personal description for these: understated urban glam.” – Moriba Cummings, Commerce Editor

Shop: Jo Malone Red Roses Cologne, $72+

“One of my favorite memories growing up was summer days in the garden with my mom. I hated gardening, but I loved the smell of freshly cut roses. February is a busy (and expensive) time of year for me since it’s my birthday month. This year, I treated myself to a new scent by Jo Malone that actually makes me feel like I just walked out of the Garden of Eden. Seriously, it straight up smells like roses; however, I can wear it on its own or pair it with another fragrance if I want some perfume dimension. Jo Malone is pricey but it’s absolutely worth it. When you smell good, you feel good.” Jamé Jackson, Senior Beauty Editor

Shop: Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury, $59.99

“This month, I bought Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury for the Nintendo Switch. You get to play as Mario and friends and traverse gorgeous diorama-like worlds where you run, jump, climb and use cool power-ups to reach the end of the course. You can also have up to three more friends join you locally or online and cooperate in solving puzzles and defeating Bowser and his minions. The best part? You can play a cat-Mario! A meowtastic game!” – Antonio Dahl, Commerce Video Producer

Shop: Topicals Like Butter Hydrating Mask, $32

“So February, my skin dried out…a lot. Plus, I had my first eczema breakout since I was 10 years old. While I squeezed the last of my old tube of Topicals Like Butter, I bought a second one – stat! This is a product I wish I had when my flare-ups were unbearable and even became a cause for concern from my elementary school teachers. It’s a staple to have around when your skin goes left. Speaking of which, I also replenished my Glossier Hand Cream. If you don’t know what luxury hand cream feels like, you will with this stuff. It smells incredible, it makes your hands feel baby soft and it’s convenient to have after hand washing, especially in a time like this.” – Ari Bines, Commerce Editor

Shop: Nike React Vision, $103.97 (Orig. $140)

“I was never much of a sneakerhead before, but working from home has changed that. When I’m not wearing socks or slippers in my apartment, chances are I definitely have on a pair of sneakers. I’d been putting off buying a new pair to wear on my daily walks, but when I saw these I immediately knew I had to buy them. The colors are so fun and they’re super comfortable. As a bonus, I got them on sale!” – Jeanine Edwards, Commerce Director
