6-Month-Old Miniature Horse Is Rescued and Loved After Horrific Mistreatment

We're so relieved that this baby is safe and sound!

Just like @ohkaytacos said in their viral video, 'you never really know what you might find at your local horse auction.' Some of the animals are healthy and loved, while others--like the miniature horse Ally and her team rescued--aren't in good shape at all. Even while the 6-month-old foal was in the auction ring, he was being spat on, picked up, and treated like an object instead of an animal.

Fortunately for the little horse, though, he was bought by the folks who are going to nurse him back to health and love him unconditionally. He deserves nothing less!

Poor baby! Our hearts broke when we saw how the men in the auction ring were kicking dirt in his face, but it helped to know that he'd already been rescued from such deplorable conditions.

"How can people be so horrible?!" commented @laughbreak27 "Picked him up by his tail?! Terrible. Sweet baby deserves to be with Ally." Luckily, that's exactly where he'll be! It didn't take long before @ohkaytacos uploaded a much happier sequel to the rescue video.

The sweet horse is well on his way to a happier, healthier life with Ally and her team! Still, it's hard to see him in such awful health. @Bootswiththespurs agreed, "Seeing him in the sale ring, the way those people were treating him. Makes me so heartbroken. So glad you saved him." Relief doesn't even begin to describe the feeling! This sweet little guy was surrounded by such cruel people, but now he's safe at home. Thank you, @ohkaytacos!
