At 58, Elizabeth Hurley Shows Off Toned Abs in Striped swimsuit and Fans Lose It

Elizabeth Hurley practically lives in a swimsuit during the summer months—and she just dropped a new photo on Instagram that shows off her incredibly toned abs while wearing a (you guessed it!) striped swimsuit.

The picture is simple: It features the 58-year-old posing next to a palm tree in a strapless navy and white striped string swimsuit. But it’s hard to miss the fact that Hurley looks incredibly strong—her abs, legs, and arms all toned.

“I 💗 a striped swimsuit #LizzieBikini #elizabethhurleybeach,” she wrote in the caption. People cheered her on in the comments. “Stunning as always,” one wrote, while another said, “Just WOW.”

Love the suit? It’s called the Lizzie swimsuit and it’s from the Elizabeth Hurley Beach collection. Right now, it’s $91 for the top (which has a removable halter neck strap) and gold horseshoe detail, and $95 for the bottoms, which have adjustable ties.

Hurley has been open about her love of found fitness (which is when you find ways to be active during everyday moments). “I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym,” she told Women’s Health. For her, that includes doing squats while she brushes her teeth and taking her dogs for 20-minute walks that get her heart rate up.

Hurley is also big on gardening. “I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer,” she told Women’s Health. “Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I’ve got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing.”

Hurley isn’t just pulling a few weeds—she told Extra that she’s into logging (yes, you read that right!). “I do a lot of exercises, but it’s really the gardening…cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active,” she said.

Hurley lifts weights, too: She shared a video on Instagram in 2020 of herself doing arm exercises with dumbbells while wearing a swimsuit.
