At 58, Elizabeth Hurley Dances Naked in a Sauna, Showing Off Toned Back

While temperatures may be dropping, Elizabeth Hurley is certainly turning up the heat on Instagram. The 58-year-old actress is known for posting an array of stunning swimsuit photos, but this time the star bared it all while dancing in a sauna for a recent video—and fans have thoughts.

In the clip, Hurley reaps the health benefits of using a sauna while dancing for the camera, a towel loosely held over her front. As she moves into the sauna, she drops it, revealing toned legs, back, and glutes.

“A little s-s-steam heat #chivasom #thailand 💗,” she captioned the video.

Needless to say, fans were absolutely floored. “That’s going to break the internet…🔥,” one fan commented. “The most beautiful woman in the world. Period,” another added. “Gorgeous as always. Love you, Elizabeth 😍,” another wrote.

Hurley has been visiting the Thai spa for years—it’s one of her “favorite health spas in the world,” she explained in an Instagram video. “I first came to Chiva Som in the late ’90s and it has become even more serene and beautiful. I have been exercising, eating extremely healthily, and attempting to become more mindful ❤️.”

The steamy clip wasn’t her first from her trip; she recently shared a glimpse into “another day of pampering” from a pool stretching session while wearing a blue swimsuit.

In another post, Hurley dropped a video saying farewell to Chiva Som in which she floated in a pool, showing off toned abs and arms in a peach swimsuit.

While Hurley’s fans are accustomed to the star’s swimsuit snaps, the recent sauna video isn’t her first foray into posting sans clothing. Who could forget her iconic nude pool float Instagram video she posted to close out the summer? Or the nude Instagram photo she shared for Valentine’s Day?

No matter what she posts, fans agree: Hurley knows how to cause a stir. As for how she focuses on whole-body wellness beyond the spa, Hurley explained in the past that she’s a big fan of “found fitness,” or finding ways to be active throughout the day.

“I prefer to get my exercise from doing something [other] than being in the gym,” she told Women’s Health. The star does this by taking her dogs for long walks, gardening, doing yard work, and performing squats while brushing her teeth (because why not).
