At 57, Elizabeth Hurley Is Toned All Over in Bikini Pics and Fans Lose It

Elizabeth Hurley loves to tout her swimwear line, Elizabeth Hurley Beach, with swimsuit snaps on social media. And the 57-year-old just added to her ever-growing Instagram grid’s worth of swimwear pics with her newest post. In her latest series of photos, the star wears a string bikini, showing off toned abs, arms, and legs while posing in front of a mirror.

In the photos, Hurley stands next to a mirror in a peach-colored bikini with metal accents at the hip and bust. The actress-model (and her reflection) look toned all over as she flashes her strong abs and arms in one shot. Flip to the next photo, and Hurley goofs off in front of the mirror, showing off those abs again, along with sculpted legs.

“Did you know I have a twin? 😘” she joked in the caption. “We’re both wearing our brand new Peaches bikini from @elizabethhurleybeach 🍑.” (The bikini, by the way, is $176 on her website.)

People cheered her on in the comments. “One of the most stunning women on the planet,” one said, while another wrote, “incredible fitness and commitment to it.

Hurley has been on a bikini photo-posting roll lately. She shared a photo of herself in a sea-green bikini just last week:

In each photo, she looks so strong. What does she do to work her muscles? Hurley has been clear about not exactly loving to go to the gym. Instead, she’s a big fan of found fitness, i.e. doing activities throughout the day to get her heart rate up.

“I don’t really do any set exercise, per se, because I prefer to get my exercise from doing something other than being in the gym,” she previously told Women’s Health. For Hurley, that means doing things like taking her dogs for long walks and gardening.

In fact, Hurley said she gardens all year long, adding, “I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer.” Hurley isn’t just pulling weeds: She previously told Extra that she actually does logging—as in, moving tree branches around. “I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active,” she said.

Hurley told Women’s Health that she just gets more satisfaction out of found fitness. “Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I’ve got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing,” she said. “I’d rather do housework than go to the gym. I’d rather scrub a mirror—it does just as much.”

She does lift weights, though—she just sometimes does it in a bikini outside. Case in point:

Food-wise, Hurley practices mindful eating. “I try really hard to eat three times a day,” she told Women’s Health last year. “I think the concept of snacking and grazing throughout the day is terrible for people’s digestion. I think you need to eat and then give your body time to digest, use that food, and completely empty.”

She added, “My philosophy is to eat well, eat enough three times a day, and stop snacking.”
