At 56, Paulina Porizkova Shows Off Extremely Toned Abs While Sharing Her Fav Jeans in New IG Post

Paulina Porizkova just shared her all-time favorite pair of comfortable pants that look like jeans: Rag and Bone’s Miramar Wide Leg Pants, in a new Instagram post that also showed off her toned abs.
The trousers appear to be made of denim when they’re actually 100% cotton.
“They are the single most used and precious thing in my closet. I never get on a plane NOT wearing them,” she wrote on Instagram.

And at this point, the thought of putting on constricting denim is tragic. Thankfully, Paulina Porizkova has found a solution: jeans that don't feel like jeans! Yes, they’re a thing.
The former supermodel, 56, typically shares empowering words for aging women and musings about her personal life on Instagram. But this week, she had to tell the world about her favorite pair of pants. They were apparently discontinued for a while, but they’re back now. While posing in front of her mantle, she rocked the wide-legged trousers, a crop top, incredibly toned abs, and a bright smile.
“Why am I so happy? Because Rag and Bone @ragandbone has finally, finally come back with the ‘jeans’ which are in fact sweatpants,” she captioned the post. “I bought a pair seven years ago, and they are the single most used and precious thing in my closet. I never get on a plane NOT wearing them. I even bought another pair on eBay once, but they were too small. So imagine my delight that they are back! In a couple of different styles and washes.”
The acclaimed Rag and Bone style is called the Miramar Wide Leg pants. “This is not an ad. I’m genuinely thrilled and intend to stock up,” Porizkova continued. “There is also a ‘jogger’ which I’ll be buying.😁”
Her followers wasted no time chiming in with their desire to understand the hype. “I want them and also your abs,” one commenter joked. “I’m listening,” Amy Schumer wrote. “Blablabla... BAM💥 #absofsteel 🙌🏽,” another added. “But yeah ok, those jeans look awesome😏.”
Despite their denim-like appearance, the trousers are made of 100% cotton, and their hem-less cuffs give them a super fashionable edge. They’re high-waisted, which is super in, and they’re available in both a dark and light wash—perfectly paired with both casual and dressy tops. And of course, Porizkova elevates the look with her beaming confidence.
At 56, she radiates self-love, and that’s a power she hopes all women can embody, no matter their age. In December, she proudly posed in lingerie on Instagram and paired the steamy shot with an uplifting message about self-esteem.
“When the measure is perfection, no one can live up to it,” she shared candidly, explaining how her modeling career led her to compare herself to everyone and feel insecure. Now, she decries the comparison game and chooses to love what she has.
“You don’t have to celebrate your body by posing in lingerie or nude, although it is a pretty good way to capture your beautiful hard-working body,” she wrote. “But DO love it. Celebrate it. Pay homage to it. It’s the only one you have.”
