At 56, Halle Berry Looks So Toned in Gold Bikini Throwback Pic and Fans Lose It

Halle Berry shared a throwback bikini photo and fans were obsessed.

Then, and now at 56, Berry was and still is all about self-love.
In 2023, Halle Berry continues to be the icon she was in the ’90s. In fact, a photo she just shared from the nostalgic decade could easily be mistaken for one taken in the present day. In the throwback post, Berry posed in a gold string bikini top and silver skirt while sitting on a bed. She wore a short bob haircut with wispy bangs and highlights as gilded as her top. The actress shared the shot on Instagram and Twitter, and fans loved revisiting the glamorous look.
On Twitter, Berry actually re-shared the image, which was posted by a pop culture photography account. The original tweet noted that the photo was captured in 1997. “🥰 taking me back,” Berry wrote. The blast from the past clearly inspired her to also share the shot on Instagram, which she captioned: “… still sitting. 😉” Fans on both platforms were obsessed.
“This hair is everything 👏🏻❤️,” one person commented. “You spelled stunning wrong,” another added. “A real dream❤️,” someone else wrote.
It’s not uncommon for Berry to share a swimsuit pic here and there, be it from days past or current. Most recently, though, Berry took her self-celebration to the next level by posing nude on her balcony while drinking wine.
“I do what I wanna do. 💋 Happy Saturday,” she captioned the post. And that, she does. So it came as no surprise that the Catwoman star clapped back at a critic who wrote: “Aging with dignity is no longer a thing.”
In a now-deleted tweet, Berry responded candidly. “Did you guys know the heart of a shrimp is located in its head?” she wrote, per Glamour.
Any fan of Berry’s knows she’s a loyal constituent of unapologetic self-love, evidenced by her recent “hump day self-love” mirror selfie and her 56th birthday post, in which she posed in black lingerie to express “gratitude and love” for her age.
